Edina is a specialty from the Family Dairy Rücker, made of skimmed milk and vegetable fat from certified sources (RSPO certified vegetable fat). Edina has a firm but supple dough and a mild-sourly taste. The food preparation is ideal for special applications in food processing industries. Guaranteed to be produced and packaged at the Ostsee-Molkerei Wismar.
