A trend product which is currently used worldwide for burgers, pasta or other culinary highlights. Produced near the Baltic at the Ostsee-Molkerei Wismar from the best milk. It is also matured and packaged there using the most modern technology and processes. Therefore, all production stages take place at one single site! Its peculiarity is its supple dough with a firm, dry rind. Cheddar white has a classic, mild-savoury taste. Its consistency is more on the firm side. Perfect for further processing.
