Butter cheese – the name says it all
Butter cheese is a semi-hard cheese specialty popular worldwide. Coming from the family dairy Rücker, it is especially good: produced at the Baltic by the Ostsee-Molkerei Wismar from guaranteed raw materials. All steps of the production take place at one single site! Butter cheese is mild and has a fine, slightly sour taste. Its consistency is creamy but sliceable. Its characteristic is its butter yellow dough with just a few holes. Ideally suited for the breakfast buffet of your Food Service customers. Also perfect for further processing.
