Cheddina is a food preparation from the Family Dairy Rücker, made of skimmed mild and vegetable fat from certified sources (RSPO certified vegetable fat) and the typical colourant Annatto for its rich colour. The dough is firm and sliceable. Cheddina is a high-quality food, especially for gratinating in special applications. Guaranteed to be produced and packaged at the Ostsee-Molkerei Wismar.
