Tradition and innovation both run in the family with Rücker. From a British recipe, Klaus Rücker developed a truly North German classic, the RÜCKER Ostsee Cheddar. Genuinely tasty, genuinely different! The fresh coast-side farmers’ milk, three months of maturing on spruce wood boards with red cultures at the Ostsee-Molkerei Wismar, and its refinement with finest RÜCKER red cultures make this Cheddar the unique RÜCKER Ostsee Cheddar. A mild-spicy taste experience with smooth consistency. With its numerous uses and wonderful aroma, it makes hard cheeses from the British Isle look rather pale. The Queen is not amused.
