Cagliata by the family dairy Rücker is known all across Italy. Made from fresh milk from the Baltic coast, this cheese is ideal for processing to fresh Mozzarella. For there just isn’t enough milk produced in Italy for all the good Mozzarella. Cagliata is also perfect for downstream industries as it is of stable form and ideal for gratinating. Guaranteed produced and packed at the Ostsee-Molkerei Wismar by the Baltic.
